Experience: 2006 to Present Dave joined the McSquared Group in June. His first major project contribution was creating the touch panel control code to be used as a template for touch panel and control design for the integrated videoconferencing systems in a distributed learning project for UBC. Dave's extensive experience in support and operation of A/V installations allow him to provide clients with completed systems that meet their needs and expectations. 2003 to 2006 Dave moves from the client to the installation side of the A/V industry, joining a Vancouver A/V integration company designing, programming, and installing large corporate and high-end residential A/V systems. His designs and system modifications add reliability and ease of use to critical applications. 1994 to 2003 The videoconferencing and A/V boardrooms at Electronic Arts (Canada) were taken on by Dave, and when the new facilities at Discovery Park were built in 1999, over $1.5M of new systems were installed, Dave worked in the design phase to ensure the needs of the company were met. Dave was responsible for the maintenance of the theatre and A/V rooms, as well all telecommunications needs for EAC. He was part of the EA world-wide videoconferencing project, where he designed the touch panels and system controls that were rolled to at EA's head office in California, the United, Kingdom, and others. 1985 to 1993 Dave started in the IT industry, building PC systems and networks. Moving to EA, he set up administrated the internal IT support helpdesk, networks, and email system. Relevant Education:
